Wayne Parkins spent decades in corporate leadership, most recently as VP of Online Strategy at 2U/edX. He hit the milestones. Climbed the ladder. Did what he was supposed to do. But here's the thing: work was never the point. It funded the adventures. The detours. The stories worth telling. Now Wayne shares that hard-won wisdom with audiences everywhere, giving them permission to notice the joy and adventure already available in their lives. No formulas. No five-step plans. Just practical inspiration from someone who chose the scenic route and lived to tell about it. ![Wayne Parkins outdoor headshot](https://www.wayneparkins.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Wayne%20Parkins%20outdoor%20headshot.jpg?width=700&height=525&name=Wayne%20Parkins%20outdoor%20headshot.jpg) ### Stories that stick. Permission that lasts. Wayne delivers keynotes and breakout sessions that leave audiences feeling lighter, more present, and ready to say yes to the life they already have. His stories are funny, his insights are practical, and his warmth fills the room. Whether your audience is navigating burnout, career transitions, or simply wondering "is this all there is?", Wayne meets them where they are with an invitation, not a lecture.
